These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at millentic.com and related services (the “Services”) operated by Millentic AB (“Millentic,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Relationship to customer agreement

These Terms apply to your general use of our website and publicly available Services. Paid access to the Millentic platform is governed by a separate commercial agreement between Millentic and the customer, which may include a master services agreement, an order form, and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the commercial agreement controls with respect to the paid platform.

Use of the service

You agree to use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and only for lawful purposes. If the Services require an account, you are responsible for the security of your credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account, and you agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

When using the Services, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation;
Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of Millentic or any third party;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, related systems, or networks;
Introduce malware or otherwise interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services;
Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Services without our prior consent;
Use the Services to transmit unsolicited or unlawful communications.

Intellectual property

All software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content made available through the Services are the property of Millentic or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The Millentic name and logo are trademarks of Millentic AB and may not be used without our prior written permission. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Services.

Third-party links and services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Millentic does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Millentic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Millentic and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Services, or applicable law. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
