Global e-commerce, digital goods and retail businesses have been resorting to manual downloads, spreadsheets, and clunky hardcoded integrations for too long to run their operations. The reason is that commerce ops needs to deal with massive data fragmentation rooting from the fact that commerce requires a never ending suite of service providers and sales channels to survive and thrive.
Millentic is here to fix this - the first natively interoperable data and automation platform for accounting, finance and inventory management operations in global commerce. Our mission is to build the platform that commerce ops always deserved.
Our customers use Millentic at the intersection of commerce platforms, payment services, databases, BI systems, ETL, and ERPs to collect, transform and automate workflows of commerce data such as orders, payments, deliveries, inventory and more.
With Millentic, customers can automate their entire data-related operations ranging from accounting, reporting and analytics to revenue management and inventory management, without needing data engineering.
The company was founded in 2023 as "Scratx", by Joakim Olsson and Daniel Heinmert - two Swedish first-time founders with deep domain experience from global commerce operations, and shared big ambitions — to build great products, and the kind of company we’d want to work at ourselves, starting from scratch.
We’re committed to building in the only way that makes sense to us - obsessed with customer experience at every touchpoint, and alongside a team of A-humans we genuinely appreciate.
We ship fast, and build to last. We avoid shortcuts, startup templates and refuse to be cornered or distracted by external pressure. Working hours are not measured — they’re time well spent.
Craft and customer experience in good company matter more than anything, more than ever, while building for the long term.
We’re enjoying every minute of it. And of course, we’re building with AI, for humans.
