Full-Stack Product Engineer

Millentic is building the data layer for the AI-native enterprise: a platform that replaces ERP and data projects with governed data, automation, and agentic execution. We are early, and the engineering decisions you make now will shape the product for years.

We are looking for a full-stack product engineer who leans backend and data engineering. You will own features end to end, from data pipelines and APIs through to the interfaces our customers work in every day.

What you'll do

• Design and build backend services and APIs that power data modeling, automation, and agentic workflows.
• Build and operate data pipelines: ingestion, transformation, and modeling across customer data sources.
• Ship full-stack features end to end, including the React and TypeScript interfaces on top of your services.
• Work directly with customers and founders to turn financial operations problems into product.
• Own quality: observability, testing, and performance as first-class concerns.

What we're looking for

• Strong backend engineering experience in C# and .NET (other modern languages such as TypeScript/Node, Python, or Go are a plus).
• Hands-on data engineering: SQL, data modeling, and building pipelines (ETL/ELT) at scale.
• Comfortable across the stack, including modern frontend (React and TypeScript).
• A bias for ownership and shipping in a small team where you wear many hats.
• Based in or able to work from Stockholm.

Bonus points

• Experience with warehouses or lakehouses (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery) and orchestration tools.
• Background in ERP, finance, or data-intensive B2B products.
• Experience building with LLMs or agentic systems.
