Founding Business Developer

Millentic replaces ERP and data projects with an agentic workspace for financial operations. Our buyers are finance and operations leaders, and selling to them takes someone who genuinely understands their world.

We are looking for a commercial, growth-focused operator to own go-to-market. You will shape our positioning, build the pipeline, and turn early traction into a repeatable motion, working hand in hand with the founders.

What you'll do

  • Own the full commercial cycle: from positioning and outbound through to closing and expansion.
  • Translate financial operations pain into clear messaging, demos, and proof points.
  • Build and run the early go-to-market motion: channels, pipeline, and process.
  • Onboard new customers and drive early adoption, turning first wins into lasting retention.
  • Partner with founders and engineering to feed customer insight back into the product.
  • Set the foundations (metrics, playbooks) that a growing GTM team will build on.

What we're looking for

  • Strong understanding of financial operations, ERP, or finance and data workflows.
  • A commercial track record: you have sold or grown a B2B SaaS product, ideally to finance or operations buyers.
  • Growth mindset: comfortable experimenting, measuring, and iterating on what works.
  • Excellent communication; you can earn the trust of finance and operations leaders.
  • Based in or able to work from Stockholm.

Bonus points

  • Early-stage or founding go-to-market experience.
  • Experience selling data, automation, or AI products.
  • Hands-on background in accounting, finance, or operations roles.
